Foresee Signature Massage
Foresee signature treatment is a customized experience combining client’s complaint areas with an overall focus of the full body. Moving through a constant flow and working with breath, Katya incorporates a unique blend of techniques. Some of which can be recognized as: Myofascial, Medical, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Swedish, Thai, and Energywork. The art of this massage will ultimately help you meet a more peaceful self, improving physical and ethereal clarity. Due to this treatments’ pin-pointed nature, you’ll never receive the same session twice.
Foresee Pre-natal Massage
This massage follows the same theme as the Foresee Signature session. It is a customized experience combining client’s complaint areas with an overall focus of the full body. The client can expect to lay in side line position on the table while cuddling our pregnancy pillow for better comfort.
This session is available to women in second or third trimester. As massage is contraindicated for those in their first trimester. **All sessions include pregnancy pillow for comfort and pain alleviation.
Foresee Lymphatic Massage
Whether the session is for the whole body or post-op with regard to surgeries such as lymphedema or lypo-suction, this massage is a choreographed treatment that follows the general rules of lymphatic drainage techniques. As an illustration, the client will experience slow, light pressure, and rhythmic hand movements that help guide the lymph fluid towards the mother nodes. This opens the path for fluids to move and helps purify the lymphatic system. Naturally enhancing the bodies beauty and glow.
*All sessions include targeted red light therapy in mother node areas.
Foresee In-home Massage
Foresee signature treatment in the comforts of the client’s home. A customized experience combining client’s complaint areas with an overall focus of the full body. Moving through a constant flow and working with breath, Katya incorporates a unique blend of techniques. The art of this massage will ultimately help you meet a more peaceful self, improving physical and ethereal clarity. Must have *8ft x 6ft* or more, for table and therapist.
