Foresee Therapy Inc. values the time of our therapists and clients. We understand that life events may sometimes prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. To be fair to all clients and therapists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. 24-Hour Notice: We require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to fill the slot with another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

2. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged the full cost of the service. This must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

3. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.

5. Exceptions/Sickness: Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or illness.
